Welcome to Kitch Pulses and Spices. By engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Trade Terms

All export transactions are subject to final confirmation via a signed Proforma Invoice or Commercial Contract. Prices quoted are subject to market fluctuations until a contract is signed.

2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Advance TT or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Quality & Inspection

Quality is guaranteed as per the specifications mentioned in the contract. Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS) can be arranged at the buyer's expense prior to shipment.

4. Liability

Kitch Pulses and Spices is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, or shipping line delays.
