Inquiry & Quote
We analyze your requirements (product, grade, packaging, port) and provide a competitive FOB/CIF quote.
Contract & Terms
Upon agreement on pricing and specifications, a formal proforma invoice and contract are signed.
Processing & Stuffing
Goods are freshly processed, packed to your custom requirements, and stuffed into containers under strict supervision.
Dispatch & Docs
Vessel departs. All original documents (BL, Phytosanitary, COA, Invoice) are sent securely to the buyer.
Quality Assurance
We do not compromise on quality. Our products undergo:
- Machine Cleaning & Sortexing (Optical Sorting)
- Moisture Control Checks
- Aflatoxin and Pesticide Residue Testing (on request)
- Fumigation before container dispatch
Logistics & Incoterms
We offer flexible shipping terms to suit our buyers:
- FOB: Free On Board (Mundra/Nhava Sheva Ports)
- CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight to your destination port
- CFR: Cost and Freight
